My Story
I binged and purged for 9 years, and no one knew.
Whenever I was in public, I would eat so 'healthy and clean’ only to find myself gorging on chocolate, bread, Nutella and biscuits in the evening. I felt so guilty and afraid of weight gain, that I would make myself sick to compensate.
This only led to more guilt and shame,
I honestly thought if I lost weight, it would fix the dissatisfaction I felt with my body, but my attempts to lose weight, only led me to binge eat.
I tried everything: psychotherapists, hypnosis, diets and fitness coaches. Nothing worked.
I needed to figure this out so I could help women just like me escape the vicious cycle. So I became a clinical psychologist and built the evidence based system I wish I had.
This simple 4 step system has helped women just like you overcome disordered eating and find food freedom.

Backed by science, designed for you
The Food Freedom program is grounded in evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT-E (Enhanced CBT for eating disorders), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which address unhelpful thought patterns, emotional regulation, and building confidence from the inside out.
These approaches are complemented by mindfulness techniques to foster intuitive eating principles that prioritise trust in hunger and fullness cues, promoting sustainable and non-restrictive eating habits. Together, these frameworks work to improve self-awareness, reduce anxiety around food, and cultivate a healthier relationship with one's body and mind.
